Margarita Salas-Morrel, LMSW, LCDC, SEP offers counseling and therapeutic support to meet individuals on their journey towards the goals they wish to pursue. She has over 25 years of experience serving immigrant Spanish-speaking children and families. She provides bilingual therapeutic services in English and Spanish. Se habla español.

She believes it is a sacred moment when a person welcomes the possibility of healing. It’s an opportunity to start noticing and connecting with one’s system and to explore the potential of a gentle shift.

Margarita is a Licensed Master Social Work and a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor. As a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, she is a trauma specialist. She has studied Integral Somatic Psychology, Relational Body Work and Somatic Education, Trust Based Relational Intervention, Transforming the Experienced Based Brain, Play Therapy, Ericksonian Training, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
